Adzuki Bean and Brown Rice Okayu

Author Notes: I often eat this for breakfast with light iced Yamamotoyama green tea. Can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.
Do NOT underestimate how much the beans and rice can expand. One cup of rice in 5 cups of water expands a LOT. Therefore, I would not recommend using more rice or beans than the recipe reads. If you want the porridge to be thick, just reduce the amount of water.
