cream cheese

Directions

For the biscuits: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough.
Preheat oven on 350F
Roll out the dough and cut out thin rectangular biscuits/crackers
Bake for 15 minutes.

For the cream cheese, simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Make the biscuits: Take one biscuit, spread some “cheese-cream” on one side. Put another biscuit on top, just like a sandwich.
