Ingredients
  • Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch coarse salt
  • ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • Tomato and herbs Cheese-Cream
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato puree
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. For the biscuits: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough. Preheat oven on 350F Roll out the dough and cut out thin rectangular biscuits/crackers Bake for 15 minutes.
  2. For the cream cheese, simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Make the biscuits: Take one biscuit, spread some “cheese-cream” on one side. Put another biscuit on top, just like a sandwich.
