Vietnamese Meatball Sandwiches

Tasty pork meatball sandwiches with quick pickles.

Serves: 6


  • Ground Pork
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Shallots
  • Scallions
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fish Sauce
  • Lime Juice
  • Sugar
  1. Mince scallions and shallots.
  2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly

Quick Pickles

  • Cucumbers
  • Radishes
  • Salt
  • Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Thai Chili
  • Sugar
  1. Thinly slice vegetables
  2. Salt and drain vegetables for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse and purge vegetables and combine with other ingredients. Let stand for 20 minutes.
