Makes: 1 pie
cup plain flour
whole wheat flour
tablespoons olive oil
grated Muenster cheese
milliliters soy cream
- Cut the romanesco broccoli and cauliflower in two and remove the florets. Cut them smaller, bite-size pieces. Steam the vegetables for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven on 350F
- In the meantime, combine, in this order, flour, salt, yeast, water and olive oil. Mix with a spatula then form a ball. Roll out the dough in a pie pan.
- Whisk together eggs and soy cream, add grated Muenster cheese. Season to taste.
- Spread out romanesco broccoli and purple cauliflower on top of the wet mixture Bake for 30 minutes on 350F
