Continuing my love for romanesco broccoli.Plus green and purple work well together —MarieGlobetrotter
Ingredients

3/4 cup
plain flour

1 1/4
whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon
yeast

1/2 cup
water

1 pinch
salt

3 tablespoons
olive oil

1/2
romanesco broccoli
-
1/2
purple cauliflower
-
1 1/2
grated Muenster cheese
-
2
eggs
-
200 milliliters
soy cream
Directions

Cut the romanesco broccoli and cauliflower in two and remove the florets. Cut them smaller, bite-size pieces. Steam the vegetables for about 20 minutes.

Preheat oven on 350F

In the meantime, combine, in this order, flour, salt, yeast, water and olive oil. Mix with a spatula then form a ball. Roll out the dough in a pie pan.

Whisk together eggs and soy cream, add grated Muenster cheese. Season to taste.

Spread out romanesco broccoli and purple cauliflower on top of the wet mixture
Bake for 30 minutes on 350F
