Ingredients

2/3 cup
baby bok choy

1/2 cup
chopped carrot

2 cups
winter cabbage
-
salt, sesame oil & pepper to taste
Directions
-
chop up bok choy, carrots and winter cabbage.

place in a stewing pot and bring water to boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes and serve. Add sesame oil and seasonings to taste.
