mirabelle plumd

mirabelle plum jam (or plum jam)

eggs

2/3 cup
butter, softened

2/3 cup
sugar

2 cups
flour

1 teaspoon
baking powder

1 pinch
salt

3 tablespoons
pistachios
Directions

Preheat oven on 350F
-
Whisk softened butter with sugar and salt until creamy. Add the eggs one after the other then slowly add the flour and baking power. Dough must be smooth

Wash the Mirabelle plums, remove the kernels and fold into the dough with the jam and pistachios

Pour the dough into a greased and floured cake pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes on 350F.
To check if the cake is baked, put a knife into the cake and if it comes out clean it is cooked
