- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3/4 can of tomato soup
- 1/2 cabbage (shredded)
- Cook rice in 3 cups of water and add some salt.
- Dice and saute one onion
- Mix onions into rice, and add tomato soup.
- In a large casserole dish (spray with oil) add a layer of shredded cabbage, add rice mixture, add remaining cabbage, and spread the remainder of tomato soup on top.
- Bake at 350 degree F, covered for 1 1/2 hours.
