Lazy Cabbage Rolls

Serves: 4

  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 3/4 can of tomato soup
  • 1/2 cabbage (shredded)
  1. Cook rice in 3 cups of water and add some salt.
  2. Dice and saute one onion
  3. Mix onions into rice, and add tomato soup.
  4. In a large casserole dish (spray with oil) add a layer of shredded cabbage, add rice mixture, add remaining cabbage, and spread the remainder of tomato soup on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degree F, covered for 1 1/2 hours.
