Salmon Balls

Serves: 4

  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 tall tin of salmon
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • small onion
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  1. Mix together, uncooked rice, salmon, egg whites, carrots and onion. Then form them into balls.
  2. Mix together the water, tomato soup and dill. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  3. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Covered.
