- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 tall tin of salmon
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- small onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- Mix together, uncooked rice, salmon, egg whites, carrots and onion. Then form them into balls.
- Mix together the water, tomato soup and dill. Pour sauce over meatballs.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Covered.
