Herb and Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 8 cups cubed, peeled, russet potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon each of thyme, oregano and rosemary
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Cook potatoes and garlic in salted water.
  2. When done, add remaining ingredients and mash.
  3. Ready to serve!
