- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and dry oregano
- pinches hot pepper flakes
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cups spiral pasta
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 6 oz feta
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmisan cheese
- Whisk together oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, dry oragano, and hot pepper flakes.
- Cook pasta, and place sauce from above on top.
- Add tomatoes, stir in basil, add feta and toss. Sprinkle with parmisan cheese.
