I saw this in a magazine some time ago, but can't remember where... It is fresh, summery, simply delicious. It is so easy to make! It's great with meat--like roasted pork loin--or served nested on a lettuce leaf, like a salad. Even my husband, who's a meat & potato guy loves it. —Emilia Rosa

Directions

Peel, remove the seeds and cube melon. Thinly slice cucumber (I like to peel it first). Peel and thinly slice onion. Mix everything and add juice and pepper. That's it!
