  • Makes 20-24 cookies
Author Notes

These cookies only take 60 seconds to make, so they are perfect for kids. They are equally good topped with vanilla ice cream and homemade fudge sauce. The only requirement is a waffle iron (not a Belgium iron...and old fashion one with the small squares) —rs2071a

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder (heaping tablespoons)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
Directions
  1. melt butter in large microwavable bowl
  2. mix in sugar and cocoa, stir to combine
  3. mix in eggs and flour...the batter will be stiff batter
  4. drop (by tablespoon) on hot iron (one cookie in each of the 4 squares) that has been sprayed with Pam
  5. Bake for 60 seconds. Cool on rack.
