herb sauce

This is just a very simple sauce that goes well with fish, meat, cheese, or just chips. —Matt Wheelock

  • Makes 1/2 a cup
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 1 lemon ( juiced)
  • half a seeded and veined jalopeno
  • about half to 1 cups of extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  1. put in everything but oil into blender then blend. While the blender is working at the oil slowly and when it looks like a nice thick herb sauce taste and add more seasoning to taste.
