This is just a very simple sauce that goes well with fish, meat, cheese, or just chips. —Matt Wheelock
Ingredients

1 bunch
parsley

1/2 bunch
mint

1
lemon ( juiced)

half
a seeded and veined jalopeno

about half to 1 cups
of extra virgin olive oil
Directions

put in everything but oil into blender then blend. While the blender is working at the oil slowly and when it looks like a nice thick herb sauce taste and add more seasoning to taste.
