I use this simple tempeh recipe in the summer on salads. —Judy
Ingredients

2 packets
Tempeh (16oz)

Large onion, sliced

1/4 cup
Olive oil

3 tablespoons
Low sodium soy sauce

Juice of one lemon

Cloves garlic, minced
Directions

Cut tempeh into cubes, place in bowl with all of the ingredients. Toss to mix well. Marinate in fridge for 3 hours or overnight.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, baste several times. Serve warm or chilled.
