Lemon Tempeh

I use this simple tempeh recipe in the summer on salads. —Judy

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 packets Tempeh (16oz)
  • 1 Large onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Juice of one lemon
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
Directions
  1. Cut tempeh into cubes, place in bowl with all of the ingredients. Toss to mix well. Marinate in fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, baste several times. Serve warm or chilled.
