Makes: 5

  • 1/4 teaspoon tyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon margarum
  • 3 pieces shalllots
  1. Dredge chicken in all purpose flour, then brown in olive oil.1;30 - 2:00 min each side Then add shallots {sliced} .add mushrooms 1cup, tomato paste {1 can}
  2. 1 cup chicken stock, 1cup dry white wine set oven to 350 degrees put in oven and cook 1 hour, turn over chicken after 1/2 hour of cooking
  3. boil water and cook favorite pasta. make a salad. make garlic bread then pour your favorite wine
