Salad with Cheese Sprinkles

Serves: 1-2 people


  • Handful of rocket leaves
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • 4-5 sliced baby tomatoes
  • 1 finely chopped spring onion
  • Handful of chopped chives
  • 75g of cubed cheddar cheese
  • A handful of cheddar sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all the vegetables and salad together then season with olive oil, salt, pepper then mix in the cheddar sprinkles.
