Author Notes: Beat the summer heat with the traditional Swiss-style muesli! The creamy texture and refreshing aftertaste makes you wonder if this is a breakfast cereal or an elegant dessert. I like my museli with berries, but feel free to add your favourite dried fruits for extra flavour. —sweetsholic
- 3-4 ounces rolled oats
- 3-4 ounces orange juice
- 3-4 raspberry yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cranberries
- 6 pieces strawberries, hulled
- Place oats, orange juice, yogurt and cranberries in a plastic container. Mix well and keep refrigerated overnight.
- Take the container out of the fridge, beat the mixture lightly with a spoon and add hulled strawberries. Spoon the mixture into each glass and top it off with strawberries.
