Serves: 2

  • 2 potatos
  • 1/2 small rutabaga
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  1. Put on water with a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut the potatoes and rutabaga into similar pieces and have it in the boiling water.
  3. When the vegetables slip of your knife when you check them they are ready to be mashed. Add the butter, then sour cream, and taste in with salt and pepper. Stir quickly around to get the right consistency.
