- 1 - 12 ounces can of whole kernel corn water drained
- 1- 12 ounces can of cream corn
- 2 boxes of Jiff corn muffin Mix
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees..Grease a 1 qt round casserole dish and put aside. Prepare the Jiff corn muffin mix according to directions..Add the 2 cans of corn and mix well..Place the mixture in the casserole dish and bake 30 mins or until the corn bread is done..Take out of oven Let it rest for 5 minutes Then cut into slices and serve with butter or margarine.
