Onions, peppers, salt come together to make a spicy dipping sauce —Kitchen Butterfly

Ingredients
  • 2 red onions, chopped
  • 5 - 6 Hot (red) chili peppers (bird's eyes, holland peppers, etc)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Jamaican curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
  1. Blend onions and peppers with salt
  2. Heat up oil and add the blended onion mix, curry powder and dried thyme. Cook on low heat, stirring till the mix is 'fried' and oil bubbles to the top
  3. Check for salt and adjust.
  4. Take off the heat and serve as a dipping sauce/ use to coat wings etc
