  • Makes 1 1/2 cups
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
In This Recipe
  1. In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds, taking time to scrape down sides once with spatula.
  2. Store in airtight glass container in fridge for up to 4 days
