Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
- 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds, taking time to scrape down sides once with spatula.
- Store in airtight glass container in fridge for up to 4 days
