Purple Sweet Potatoes

2 heap tablespoons
Coconut Oil

2 pinches
Salt

1 pinch
Coconut Flakes
Directions

Roast in the oven for about 45mins. Once soft and gooey inside remove the skin (bake skin further for crispy veg chips) and place the inside in a large bowl. Smoosh into a mooshy gooshy mash. Add coconut oil and salt. Smoosh further. Garnish with coconut flakes. Serve up.
