Lox, Cream Cheese and Caper Hors d'Oeuvre

This is such a simple Hors d'Oeuvre but it looks fabulous and your guests will be impressed with your creativity. —Tom and Anita Morgan

Ingredients
  • Wild lox (or smoked salmon)
  • Fresh dill
  • Organic cream cheese
  • capers
Directions
  1. Take a nice looking piece of lox about 3" wide. Lay it out on a cutting board.
  2. Add a dab of cream cheese in the middle then fold over the two edges of the lox, one on top of the other but letting the cream cheese show at the top.
  3. Add three capers and a sprig of dill.
