Author Notes
This salad is simply delicious. The sweetness of the Mandarin Orange segments contrast very well with the saltiness and flavors of the various Asian sauces. Don't let the long list of ingredients scare you. It's very easy to mix together and very healthful. —Tom and Anita Morgan
