ounce gin or cognac
ounce lemon juice
ounce sugar syrup (1:1 sugar:water by volume)
2 to 3
ounces sparkling wine
- Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine briefly with ice, then strain into a flute or cocktail coupe. Top with sparkling wine.
