upside down banana cake with nice golden caramel —Manar
1 cup sugar
4 medium bananas cut into rings.
1.5 cup flour.
1¼ tsp baking powder.
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt.
100 gram unsalted softened butter.
¾ cup sugar
2 large organic eggs.
½ cup milk.
2 tbsp heavy cream.
¼ tsp drops of banana flavor.

ine the base of a cake pan .
in a heavy another pan bring sugar to caramelized on low heat.
pour the hot caramel into the prepared pan and then top with an even layer banana slices .
sift the flour,baking powder, baking soda , salt .
with your electric mixer , mix the butter with sugar until fluffy then add eggs gradually,banana flavor ,milk, heavy cream .
add the flour gradually and keep mixing.
spoon the mixture carefully out over the bananas , smoothing out the top .
rest the cake tin on a deep baking tray ,
pour 1 large hot water int the tray.
place in a preheated 180 c to bake for 35 minutes,
let the cake to cool completely before serving.
