Kale Basuy

Serves: 4-6

  • 2 choppped Shallots
  • 1 cloves
  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 1 beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • handfuls chopped kale
  • oregano
  • salt
  1. Sauté shallots and garlic. Add ground beef and sauté till brown, Add potatoes, carrots, seasoning and broth. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are cooked, Add chopped kale and serve.
