Author Notes: Brighten up your Barbecue with these easy ka-bobsTiffany

Makes: 5 skewers

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Limes
  • 1/8 cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  1. Dice up Chicken Breast into fairly thin cubes
  2. Put onto Skewers (Feel Free to add a veggie)
  3. Lightly Drizzle Chicken with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Season with Garlic Powder
  4. Grill until cooked through
  5. Just before removing from the grill, squeeze the fresh lime juice over chicken
  6. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with Cilantro
