Ingredients

2 pounds
Ground beef

8 ounces
sour cream

1 packet
Campbell or Lipton onion soup mix

1 cup
Pepperidge Farm breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Place mixture into a loaf pan, then bake for one hour. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Best served with baked potatoes and green beans!
