I created this as a dip to enjoy with the leaves of an artichoke while I was cooking the hearts into this artichoke and fava bean stew: http://food52.com/recipes.... It is equally good on roasted sweet potatoes or cauliflower or spread on toast for a killer steak sandwich with arugula or similar. —savorthis

Ingredients

lemon juice

anchovy paste (or 1 fillet chopped)

garlic clove, minced

parsley, finely chopped

small squirt Sriracha
Directions

Mix all ingredients well. It is best if you let the flavors marry a little, but is good right away too.
