100-150 milliliters
Almond Milk

Directions

Peel the celery root and cut into medium sized cubes. Put into a cooking pot and cover with water. Cook the root until it is soft enough, then drain it and add into a food processor. Also put there almond milk and butter. Let the machine do it's job and then enjoy this amazing and healthy puree. Salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
