Serves: 2-4

  • 1 cup chopped or shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 1 diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 balsamic or greek dressing
  1. Top ingredients on grilled Portobello and enjoy! Add sliced cooked chicken or beef if you want a meat dish.
