This recipe happened when I was trying to use up some loose ends in my kitchen. Definitely a warm hug on a cold day! —Katie
Ingredients

1-2 cups
chicken broth (no salt added)

small onion, chopped

1 tablespoon
curry powder

2 cups
okra, halved

can chickpeas
-
1 cup
rutabaga, chopped

1/2 teaspoon
black pepper
Directions

bring chicken broth, onion, and curry powder to a boil on medium heat

add all other ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, adding more broth as desired
