This simple recipe is inspired by tea time in the English countryside. We call it the Mr. Darcy because we're both huge Jane Austen fans who enjoyed swooning over the character of Darcy from Pride & Prejudice as we sipped this refreshing drink. —First We Eat

What You'll Need

Ingredients

4.5 ounces Earl Grey Tea, chilled
3 ounces Vodka
1.5 ounces Elderflower Syrup, we used Monin
Half a lemon squeezed, plus rind for garnish

Directions

Put ice, earl grey tea, vodka, elderflower syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and shake until well combined. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with lemon rind. Enjoy!
