malt vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Taste for vinegar and salt - add more if necessary.

Use as a dip for steak fries, oven-baked potato wedges, rosti, or potato pancakes, or top baked, boiled, or mashed potatoes. Seriously addictive.
