Enjoy this simply fresh and delicious, dairy-free alternative to strawberries and cream. The coconut is so beautifully thick and creamy already, which makes for a light and easy to 'whip' up dessert. Pun intended. —Dee

What You'll Need
  • 1 can coconut milk (full fat)
  • 2 tablespoons local honey
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 pinch sea salt
  1. Remove just the thickened coconut cream and mix with honey, lemon, vanilla, and the tiniest bit of salt to taste.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Enjoy with fresh fruit
