Enjoy this simply fresh and delicious, dairy-free alternative to strawberries and cream. The coconut is so beautifully thick and creamy already, which makes for a light and easy to 'whip' up dessert. Pun intended. —Dee

Ingredients

can coconut milk (full fat)

2 tablespoons
local honey

lemon, squeezed

1/2 teaspoon
vanilla

1/2 pinch
sea salt
Directions

Remove just the thickened coconut cream and mix with honey, lemon, vanilla, and
the tiniest bit of salt to taste.

Mix well.
