Waldorf Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup toasted, coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup tarragon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Mix all together, chill and eat on lettuce cups or croissants.
