Honey Glazed Roasted Butternut Squash, Apples and Walnuts

Ingredients
  • 1/2 butternut squash
  • 2 apples
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 dash seasalt
Directions
  1. Cut and cube the butternut squash and apples Take squash and apples out of the oven, mix them up, and roast for another 15 minutes. Remove squash and apples and put into a bowl. Top with walnut mixture and stir. Serve it up!
  2. Place in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  3. Put the walnuts into a small bowl. Pour honey, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt over walnuts and stir.
  4. Take squash and apples out of the oven, mix them up, and roast for another 15 minutes.
  5. Remove squash and apples and put into a bowl. Top with walnut mixture and stir. Serve it up!
