bib lettuce a few slices of radish and freshly made gorgonzolla dressing and cinnimon candied walnuts —kevyn

  • Serves 2-3
Ingredients
  • gorgonzolla dressing
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole or 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup gorgonzolla cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • salad
  • 1 living bib lettuce
  • 3 radishes
  • 1/2 cup candied walnuts
  • 1/4 cup per salad

Directions
  1. to make the candied walnuts just melt sugar in a pan over medium heat, remove from heat, add cinnimon and walnuts and coat walnuts
