Heavenly combination of oyester and eggs is the must try dish of Thailand. You would definitely find an oomph factor in this unique, delicious and delightful dish that is rather than omlette appear more as oyster pancakes. Try out the lethal combination of eggs, oysters, fish sauce, chili, green onions, and a bit of coriander in the oyester omlette recipe. —Sandhi Ra

What You'll Need
  • 12 shucked and drained Oysters
  • 1 chopped Coriander leaves
  • 5 chopped red Chilli
  • 100 grams bean Sprouts
  • 2 chopped spring Onions
  • Freshly ground white Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • 4 EggsRice flour
  1. Step 1: Beat the eggs with fish sauce, pepper and coriander leaves. Step 2: Mix half of the spring onions and chili to the above mixture. Step 3: Coat the oyesters in rice flour well. Step 4: Heat the oil in a sauceapan, then cook oyesters for a minute. Step 5: Transfer the cooked oyester in egg mixture. More Details:
