  • List-1 Coriander seeds / Sabut dhaniya -25 gms Cinnamon / Daalchini - 4 inch Carom /Ajwain -1/2 tsp Peppercorn / Sabut kali mirch -25 gms Cloves / Laung -1/2 tsp Green cardamom / Elaichi -1 tbsp Black cardamom / Badi elaichi -2 Mace/ Javitri -2 Cumin / Je
  • List-2 Dried fenugreek leaves / Kasoori methi -1.5 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder / Kashmiri mirch powder -1.5 tbsp Red chili powder - 1 tbsp Ginger powder / Saunth - 15 gms Black salt / Kala namak -1 tbsp
