What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Kale, packed down with stems removed
  • 1 Apple, cored
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 2 Stalks of Celery
  • 1 Lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 6 cups Water
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
