- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 2 pinches Salt
- To make the fries, leave the skin on and chop by hand into thin pieces. You could also use a mandolin for this, but watch your fingers! Place the fries on a roasting tray, add the salt and coconut oil and pop in the oven until nice and crispy, about 45 mins. Enjoy quickly while still hot!
