This is a typical italian recipe from Tuscany, i like to add a bit of parmesan cheese, to enhance the salty taste, but it's optional, is simple, funny and tasty, you can fry or bake it. Enjoy it. —Mario Marco Farinato
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk to obtain a smooth cream consistency, it is recommended to sift the chickpea flour.
Add plenty of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mixture until the outside is crispy, serve it .
Serve with a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes and add fresh soft cheese(stracchino would be perfect) , in the absence of Stracchino you can use any cream cheese you like.
