- 1 avocado, frozen (defrosted 10min), peeled and de-seeded
- 1/2 banana, frozen, peeled
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled
- 1 teaspoon almond essence
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Place all ingredients in food processor, whiz, serve and enjoy.
