Ingredients
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) chilled guava nectar
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) chilled Prosecco
Directions
  1. Cut off ¼ of the lime and juice it. Set the juice aside. Cut the remaining lime into 4 relatively equal pieces and set aside.
  2. Combine the guava nectar and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and pour into 4 chilled Champagne stem glasses. Top with Prosecco, garnish each glass with a lime wedge, and serve immediately.
