This was one of those "what's on hand" creations that turned out better than expected - the richness of the avocado and tartness of the strawberries match well, resulting in a tasty salad without the need to bother with dressing. —Karl Rosaen

Directions

Dice the strawberries, Avocado and slice the green onion.
