A simple black bean dip I made for my family while on vacation a few weeks ago. —Clean Life Creative
Ingredients

1 cup
Black Beans

1 cup
Yellow Corn

1 cup
Tomatoes

1 cup
Red & Yellow Peppers

1 cup
Cucumber

1/2 cup
Shallots
-
1/4 cup
Lime Juice

1 shot
Olive Oil
-
1 tablespoon
Salt & Pepper

1 handful
Parsley
Directions

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix up. At the end drizzle in the lime juice, olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Go what with tastes good to you! More peppers, more lime, whatever you think you want to do. Served with organic yellow & blue tortilla chips.
