Light Blue Cheese Dressing

This dressing is rich in flavour, adding it to a simple salad is all you need. A wedge salad with some crumbled bacon and chopped organic tomatoes and your salad is a perfect meal. —Only Gluten Free Recipes

  • Makes 1/2 cup
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon minced organic garlic
  • 1 piece Juice of one organic lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh organic parsley
  • 2 tablespoons organic full fat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cups crumbled good quality blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon water
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. dd all ingredients in a bullet grinder or equivalent and process for 1 minute
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate.
